HEALTHCARE
The on-site generation of cleaning and disinfecting solutions takes place with the use of the Annihilyzer®, a unit exclusively supplied by 21st Century Healthcare Inc.. The Annihilyzer® uses water electrolysis to create two new solutions, a disinfectant (OSG-460 D) and an industrial grade degreaser/cleaner (OSG11-12 C). The unit is extremely easy to maintain and operate, and is compact enough to fit within any medical facility. By producing these solutions on site and on demand, environmental services managers completely eliminate the process of monitoring inventory, reordering product when needed, and receiving the product at the point of delivery.
Of perhaps even more value than the employee time and effort conserved with the use of the Annihilyzer® is the waste reduction potential. There is no waste associated with the generation and application of OSG-460 D or OSG11-12 C, as opposed to the pallets and plastic containers that must be disposed of after using bulk disinfectant and cleaning products. This waste reduction helps facilities stay in compliance with state and local mandates to lower their impact on the environment.
